上外组建两新学院

2006年3月10日，上外组建国际金融贸易学院和国际工商管理学院。 国际金融贸易学院下设国际经济与贸易、金融学、会计学三个专业，由杨力同志担任副院长（主持工作），忻炯俊同志担任党总支书记。国际工 商管理学院下设工商管理、信息系统与信息管理两个专业，并将于今年开设公共关系专业，由于朝晖同志担任党总支书记兼副院长（主持工作）；范徵同志担任副 院长。
